High Performance Big Current DC Contactors
DC contactors from ISTEK are manufactured by Quanying Electronics - a subsidiary factory with over 40 years history under Aerospace Corporation in China. Quanying is the most outstanding contactor developer and producer among all of the relay contactor manufacturers in China.
Thanks to the very strong R & D team and the modern advanced testing laboratories, the DC contactor relays are designed to have the best switching performances. They are UL and 3C certified and ROHS compliant.
There are mainly two categories of DC contactors supplied from ISTEK: HTLW big current series which can switch over 600A current and ISTEK high voltage series which can break up to 900Vdc.
The big current DC Contactor relay series include both the electromagnetic type and magnetic latching type. They are currently available to international clients outside China. The contact form can be either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Close (NC). They have very good switching speed with pick-up time under 35ms and releasing time under 20ms.
Electromagnetic DC Contactor Relay Series
(100A, 200A, 400A and 600A)
These DC Contactors are the electromagnetic type - coils are energised continuously to maintain the contact operational status. Customers can choose the coil voltage to be 24Vdc, 48Vdc or 60Vdc. Under the rated load condition, the DC contactor relays have low coil heat and contact temperature rise - which ensure longer operation life.
Normally Open (NO) DC Contactors:

Magnetic Latching type of DC Contactors
Besides the above electromagnetic type of big current contactors, the magnetic latching type of DC Contactors are also available to our international customers.
This type of contactors are extremely energy efficient. They have no power consumption to maintain contact switching state. This series of low voltage latching contactor series include:
1). ISTEK-JMQ100 Low Voltage Latching DC Contactor : Rated load of the main contact: 100A and 48Vdc
2). ISTEK-JMQ200 Low Voltage Latching DC Contactor : Rated load of the main contact: 200A and 48Vdc
3). ISTEK-JMQ400 Low Voltage Latching DC Contactor : Rated load of the main contact: 400A and 48Vdc
