Miniature Power Relay Products
As a high capacity power relay supplier, ISTEK also provides miniature power relay products. These slim sized miniature energy relays are designed and made to meet various customer needs from industrial machineries to household appliances.
Depending on the final requirements, there are two types of miniature power relay for ISTEK's international customers to choose:
- Bistable miniature power latching relay
- Monostable miniature PCB type relay
All of the miniature latching relays are highly sensitive and very suitable for use as signal relay. Based on clients' requirements, they can be made with either one or two coils. Same as other latching relay products, they are pulse driven and consume little energy by itself.
Typically, our customers use this type miniature relay on switch boards, telephones, industrial machines and audio equipment, etc.
Our monostable miniature PCB relay has very slim size but very impressive isolation endurance performance. With nominal surge voltage (between coil and contact) of 10KV rms, the actual breakdown voltage tested/confirmed by client is over 12KV.
Besides energy meter especially smart meter, this PCB mounting miniature monostable relay is also used by our clients on hot water unit, refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner, etc.
Bistable miniature power relay (ISTEK Series)
1). ISTEK-MR109-1A 125Va (or 2A 30Vdc)

- Applications: double pole bistable polarized relay can be used Industrial Machines, Telephone, Audio Equipment and Switch Board, etc.

- Special Features: this very slim monostable PCB relay has outstanding isolation properties. It has been customer tested to have very high isolation performances (over 12KV and 10J) with very competitive prices.
- Applications: single pole monostable relay has been adopted by energy meter manufacturers as PCB relay for smart meters. It is also used by our clients on hot water unit, refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner, etc.
